We deliver these services primarily through structured subscription packages.


How do I get started?

Getting started begins with a Compliance Strategy Call.

During this call, we assess your South African operations, workforce size, and compliance requirements. Based on this assessment, we recommend the most appropriate subscription level and confirm scope and pricing.

Once confirmed, onboarding is straightforward and support begins immediately.

Does compliqq work on a retainer or subscription basis?

Yes. Compliqq operates on a subscription-based model, with annual subscriptions recommended.

This approach provides continuous compliance oversight, predictable pricing, and faster support. Month-to-month subscriptions are available where flexibility is required, but annual subscriptions offer better value and priority access.

Yes. Compliqq offers once-off legal advice and defined project-based work, including FICA compliance support, risk assessments, and remediation projects.

Once-off engagements are typically limited to clearly scoped matters such as FICA reviews, policy drafting or updates, compliance gap assessments, or specific advisory requests.

However, where compliance obligations are ongoing thus we recommend a subscription model to ensure continuity, consistency, and cost efficiency.


Do you work with companies outside South Africa?

Yes. Compliqq works primarily with international companies employing staff in South Africa.

Our services are designed to support cross-border operations and international HR and compliance teams.
